Project: The Department of Defense & Family Advocacy Program: Staffing Tool Instruction Manual
Deliverable: I led the design of this 200-page manual from intake to final delivery in 2025. The system includes text variables, a master page design, custom tables, data charts, an interactive table of contents, and full 508 accessibility checks. The final files were exported as one combined manual and as four separate versions, one for each military branch. Currently in use.

Project: Thrive Supplemental Module Adoption: Creating Your Family
Deliverable: Hybrid Implementation Facilitation Manual and Parent Caregiver Workbook. As primary designer from 2025 to 2026, I created the documents for every Thrive Supplemental module. Adoption is one example. The Facilitation Manual, about 150 pages, guides trained facilitators as they lead families through the module online, in person, or both. The Parent and Caregiver Workbooks, 30 to 40 pages each, are homework for families and come in Extension and Stand-Alone versions. Every file has interactive answer fields and is 508 accessible.
